Abrasive recuperator group with vacuum pump RPV 1500 / 0300
This is a machine with reduced over-all dimensions , easy to transport and
to handle as it is completely mounted on a hardy trailer.Its function is
to recovery the abrasive, sucking it from a suction rose 1
thanks to the strong depression created by the vacuum pump 6. Through
an anti-abrasive flexible pipe 2 linked to the suction rose, the
abrasive enters into the cyclone 3 that has the purpose to select
the recovered abrasive, cleaning it from slag and dust, to permit its re-use.
The clean abrasive is collected in a bucket 4 placed under the cyclone.
Meanwhile, the dust is sucked inside the filter with cartridges 5
and when dust is removed, it falls down in a recovery can placed under the
filter.
This filter is provided with a filtering cartridge that is automatically
cleaned during the work and at the stopping of the vacuum pump 6.This
type of group is provided complete with electric board, electric connections,
security valve, and everything is necessary to get the equipment ready for
utilization.
