Abrasive recuperator group with vacuum pump RPV 4500 / 1900
This type of machine works in a strong depression, created by a completely soundproof
vacuum pump1 with high efficiency, permitting in this way the aspiration
through a flexible pipe 2 linked at one extremity to a suction rose 3
The sucked abrasive enters into the two-stages cyclone 4 placed over the
silos 5 and stores itself in the below silos with a spiral movement towards
the low , meanwhile dust is removed and falls down in a recovery can placed under
the dry filter 6 that is placed near the soundproof group 1.
A control device 9 signals possible breakings of cartridge, in order to
avoid the entry of the dust inside the pump.
Filter 6 is able to restrain the flour , while emitting clean air to the
vacuum pump.. This filter is provided with filtering cartridges that are automatically
cleaned during the work and at the stopping of the motor of the vacuum pump.
Inside the silos, placed in suitable position, there is a level capacity feeler
8 that stops the pump motor, when the recovered abrasive reaches to the
maximum level. This type of group is provided complete with electric board 7,
electric connections , security valves, manometers, and everything is necessary
to get ready for the utilization. |
